The Community Roundtable entrego recientemente su reporte The 2012 State of Community Management.
De entrada, el reporte comienza explicando una Matriz sumamente interesante, para tratar de poner en contexto como “Medir o Ubicar un Nivel” de “Madurez de las Comunidades Digitales” que se pretenden “Gerenciar” desde organizaciones y expertos en Socia Media & Digital Community Management.
La matriz se basa en ocho competencias clave seleccionadas (Eje Y) que deben ser abordadas estrategica y tacticamente, para construir una exitosa Comunidad Social que interactue, se relacione, e intercambie, para “efectos” de crear valor económico sostenible, en Modelos de Negocios alrededor de iniciativas de “Social Business”.
El Eje X, agrega las fases o estados de Madurez que debe “escalar” una Organización (no es solo trabajo de un community manager, quien ciertamente “debe aterrizar” las estrategias del Social Business, pero no “en solitario”…) para desarrollar “niveles de competencias mínimas” para desenvolverse en el ecosistema del Social Media Business de manera realmente eficiente y “productiva”.
