  He conseguido un interesante Post, del amigo Fernando Santamaria (Fernando Santamaría) posteado en October 27, 2011   Dado mi reciente interés en el tema, vengo haciendo algunas investigaciones al respecto de Sw de medición de variables clave en #SM,  dandole énfasis al enfoque que llevó al reciente cambio de Algoritmos y metodología de Klout.   Creo oportuno aportar algunas reflexiones y opinión al respecto del tema y post en particular, que me llamo la atención por su “poderoso y sugestivo titular”.  El tema de poder medir y conocer el grado de “Influencia e Impacto” de una marca personal o empresarial en un Social Media (SM), es de vital importancia para el Mercadeo Digital, y por tanto para el Mercadeo en los #SM. Estas mediciones, son parte de referencias y elementos esenciales para poder desarrollar y crear modelos “objetivos y auditables”, para sustentar y medir el IOR (impacto sobre las relaciones), clave para aproximar un ROI en #SM. Las múltiples variables para conformar estos modelos, suelen al menos incluir : 1. Tamanho de la red de seguidos/seguidores/amigos. 2. Potencialidad de amplicación de los contenidos a compartir (basada en el tamanho o de las redes de los seguidores/amigos) 3. Impacto y grados de influencia de cada “contenido compartido” (usualmente basados en el número de menciones, RTs, y RTs de RT, de los contenidos que comparte “el Influyente o Seguido”, sus seguidores,...

Sin embargo, la mitad de los directivos tiene dificultades para aportar los datos que reflejen este retorno La mayoría de los máximos responsables de marketing (Chief Marketing Officer en terminología anglosajona) reconoce que la forma en que sus empresas se relacionan con los clientes está experimentando un cambio radical y cuestiona si sus organizaciones están preparadas para gestionar adecuadamente esta transformación. Esta conclusión se recoge en el estudio “Del reto al éxito: la transformación del marketing en la era digital”, realizado a partir de una encuesta a más de 1.700 directores de marketing de 64 países, la mayor encuesta entre directivos de este ámbito realizada hasta ahora. De estos 1.700 ejecutivos, 91 son españoles. Además, la investigación desvela que los indicadores que miden los resultados de los departamentos de marketing también están cambiando. Cerca de dos tercios de los ejecutivos de marketing entrevistados piensa que en 2015 la eficacia de los departamentos de marketing se medirá por el retorno de la inversión.
